Please see our ADV Part 2A for more details.
With investment advisory services, The SEB Group, Inc., provides advice to a client (client meaning a single person or a couple, with or without children) regarding investments, based on the distinct needs of the client, including customized quarterly reports. Through personal discussions in which goals and objectives based on a client’s particular circumstances are established, The SEB Group, Inc., develops a comprehensive financial plan and creates and manages a portfolio based on that plan. The SEB Group, Inc., will manage advisory accounts on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis. Recommendations and account holdings are always guided by the stated objectives of the client (i.e., maximum capital appreciation, growth, income, or growth and income). All portfolios are custom designed for the individual client. Ms. Binstok does not use age- or lifestyle-based model portfolios.
The SEB Group, Inc., will create a portfolio consisting of one, some, or all of the following: individual equities, bonds, mutual funds (no load, load-waived, and institutional class) and other investment products. The SEB Group will design a portfolio that takes both the clients' risk profile and timing needs into account. Clients will have the opportunity to place restrictions on the types of investments which will be made on the client’s behalf.
